Important: These policies cover RouteVora’s current planned features and Google Play launch. They will be reviewed whenever data collection, payments, AI providers, mapping providers, or services materially change.
Privacy Policy
Effective August 8, 2026
1. Introduction and scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Jean Marc Ambroise LLC, doing business as RouteVora Solutions (“RouteVora,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects information when you use the RouteVora mobile application, routevorasolutions.com, customer support, memberships, digital products, Business Center, transportation and logistics tools, RouteVora Copilot, GPS features, vehicle profiles, learning content, merchandise-sheet services, and related services. Third-party services have their own privacy practices.
2. Information we may collect
Depending on the features used, we may collect your name, email, phone number, login credentials, language preference, profile information, support messages, service requests, quotes, membership selections, and other information you submit.
Vehicle information may include vehicle type, year, make, model, VIN, dimensions, weight, axle count, hazmat status, mileage, maintenance information, images, and diagnostic details. Business Center and merchandise-sheet services may collect product names, prices, photographs, descriptions, business information, and customer instructions.
3. Location, camera, photos, and files
If you enable GPS or location features, RouteVora may process precise or approximate location, origins, destinations, routes, trip status, and nearby-service searches. Permission can generally be controlled through device settings, but some features may not work without it.
Copilot, vehicle analysis, document, profile, and merchandise features may access the camera, selected photos, or files only after permission is granted or an item is selected. Images and files may be transmitted to service providers that process them to provide the requested feature.
4. Payments, device, and usage data
Google Play, Stripe, PayPal, or another disclosed provider may process purchases and subscriptions. RouteVora generally receives transaction status, product, price, date, and limited billing metadata rather than full card numbers. We may also collect device type, operating system, app version, language, IP address, identifiers, crash reports, diagnostic logs, feature interactions, timestamps, and security events.
5. Use and AI processing
We use information to provide and personalize services; manage accounts and purchases; provide navigation, vehicle, AI, business, and educational tools; respond to support; generate requested documents; maintain security; prevent fraud; troubleshoot; improve features; send service notices; comply with law; and enforce agreements.
Prompts, images, vehicle information, product information, and other content submitted to AI features may be processed by third-party technology providers as needed to generate results and operate the service. Do not submit unnecessary highly sensitive information or material you do not have the right to use. AI output may be inaccurate and must be independently reviewed.
6. Disclosure and retention
We may disclose information to hosting, cloud, analytics, security, support, mapping, AI, communications, payment, and document-generation providers; when directed by you; to complete a transaction; protect users or the public; during a business transfer; or when legally required. RouteVora does not sell personal information for money.
We retain information only as reasonably necessary to provide services, keep transaction and business records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations. Data may remain temporarily in backups after deletion from active systems.
7. Account and data deletion
You may request deletion through available app account/profile settings, our Account & Data Deletion page, or by emailing info@routevorasolutions.com. We may verify identity. We will delete or de-identify associated personal information unless retention is allowed or required for security, fraud prevention, transactions, disputes, or legal compliance.
8. Choices, security, children, and international use
You may update account details, change device permissions, opt out of nonessential marketing, cancel subscriptions through the billing provider, and request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure. RouteVora is not directed to children under 13. RouteVora operates from the United States, and information may be processed in the United States or countries where providers operate.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy and will post a revised effective date and any notice required by law. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to Jean Marc Ambroise LLC d/b/a RouteVora Solutions at info@routevorasolutions.com.
Terms and Conditions of Use
Effective August 8, 2026
1. Agreement, operator, and accounts
These Terms govern the RouteVora mobile app, website, memberships, digital content, AI features, GPS and route tools, business services, transportation and logistics tools, and related services. RouteVora Solutions is operated by Jean Marc Ambroise LLC. By using RouteVora, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be legally capable of entering an agreement, provide accurate information, and protect your credentials.
2. Services and relationship
RouteVora may provide driver and logistics tools, route information, vehicle profiles, smart-load calculations, digital libraries, practice questions, educational modules, business tools, merchandise sheets, website and app services, membership features, referral links, and AI-assisted outputs.
Unless expressly agreed in a separate written contract, RouteVora is not acting as a motor carrier, freight broker, dispatcher, employer, insurer, mechanic, emergency-response provider, medical provider, attorney, accountant, school, licensing authority, or government agency. Users remain responsible for their authority, insurance, safety, contracts, payments, compliance, and due diligence.
3. Memberships, subscriptions, and purchases
Prices, billing periods, included features, and renewal details appear before purchase. Subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled. Google Play or another platform’s billing terms also apply. Cancellation normally stops future renewals, with access continuing through the paid period unless otherwise stated. Cancellation alone does not automatically create a refund, and deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
4. Acceptable use and user content
You may not use RouteVora unlawfully; interfere with security; attempt unauthorized access; upload malware; impersonate others; violate intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights; submit misleading content; misuse location or safety features; or facilitate fraud, unsafe transportation, discrimination, harassment, or illegal activity.
You retain ownership of content you submit and grant RouteVora a limited license to process it as necessary to provide and secure the service. You must have the right to submit the content and must review AI-generated descriptions and documents before publishing or sharing them.
5. Intellectual property and third parties
The RouteVora name, R-S-V triangle logo, app design, text, software, graphics, compilations, and original content are owned by or licensed to Jean Marc Ambroise LLC. RouteVora may link to mapping, payment, AI, retail, Amazon, TikTok Shop, brokers, shippers, carriers, or roadside providers. RouteVora does not control their availability, accuracy, products, conduct, privacy, terms, pricing, or transactions. Some links are affiliate links, and RouteVora may earn commissions at no additional cost to customers.
6. Availability, disclaimers, and liability
Features may depend on internet access, device permissions, GPS signals, third-party systems, geography, weather, and road data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RouteVora is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties that may legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RouteVora and Jean Marc Ambroise LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits, data, business, or opportunities; or losses caused by reliance on AI, GPS, road, vehicle, educational, third-party, or user-supplied information. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount paid for the relevant service during the six months before the claim or US$100, subject to applicable law.
7. Suspension, law, and contact
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful conduct, security risk, nonpayment, or legal requirements. These Terms are governed by Georgia law, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. The parties should first try in good faith to resolve disputes by contacting info@routevorasolutions.com.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective August 8, 2026
1. Google Play and subscriptions
Google Play purchases and subscriptions follow Google Play billing, cancellation, and refund procedures. Users may manage subscriptions through Google Play. Canceling stops future renewals but ordinarily does not refund the current billing period. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Subscription fees are generally nonrefundable after the paid period begins, except where required by law or the billing platform, or approved for a duplicate charge, unauthorized transaction, or verified material service failure.
2. Digital content and customized services
Downloaded ebooks, guides, generated files, and immediately delivered digital content are generally nonrefundable after access or download, except when materially defective, inaccessible due to a RouteVora error, or required by law.
Customized work, including the planned US$25 merchandise-sheet service, becomes nonrefundable after production starts or a draft/final file is delivered. Before work begins, cancellation may be requested, less any disclosed nonrecoverable processing charge. If RouteVora does not deliver the agreed service, we will provide an appropriate correction, replacement, credit, or refund.
3. Charge issues and processing
Report duplicate, unauthorized, or incorrect charges promptly to info@routevorasolutions.com and the payment provider. Do not email full card numbers or passwords. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible; posting time depends on the payment provider, bank, or card network.
AI, GPS, Vehicle, Training, and Safety Disclaimer
Effective August 8, 2026
1. General and RouteVora Copilot
RouteVora provides technology and informational tools. Results may be incomplete, delayed, outdated, or incorrect. AI responses, image analyses, part identifications, compatibility suggestions, maintenance ideas, product descriptions, and other outputs are not guaranteed diagnoses, inspections, repair instructions, certifications, appraisals, or professional opinions. Verify parts, VIN compatibility, specifications, recalls, repair procedures, and safety information with manufacturers or qualified professionals.
Do not drive or operate unsafe equipment based on an AI result. For warning lights, smoke, fuel odor, brake or steering failure, overheating, electrical hazards, tire failure, or another dangerous condition, stop safely and contact emergency services or a qualified professional.
2. No continuous vehicle monitoring
Registering a VIN or vehicle profile does not connect RouteVora directly to the vehicle’s onboard computer and does not create continuous 24/7 mechanical monitoring unless RouteVora expressly offers a separate compatible telematics service. RouteVora cannot detect every defect, failure, maintenance need, or emergency.
3. GPS and navigation
Routes, arrival times, traffic, closures, weather, bridge clearances, weight limits, road restrictions, parking, police reports, hazards, and nearby services may be inaccurate, incomplete, unavailable, or delayed. Never use RouteVora as the sole source for a commercial-vehicle route or legal clearance. Verify vehicle dimensions, weight, axles, hazmat restrictions, permits, signs, and official requirements.
Do not interact with the app while driving. Use a lawful hands-free setup, review routes before moving, obey signs and law enforcement, and stop safely before changing settings. RouteVora does not guarantee a suggested route is safe, legal, passable, or suitable.
4. Emergencies, calculations, and listings
RouteVora is not a 911 service, emergency dispatcher, ambulance provider, or roadside-rescue guarantee. For an immediate emergency in the United States, call 911. Rate-per-mile, fuel, toll, mileage, time, profit, expense, and load calculations are estimates and may omit costs, taxes, fees, delays, insurance, contracts, or regulatory requirements.
Unless separately agreed, RouteVora does not broker freight, select carriers, negotiate rates, guarantee loads or payment, or verify every broker, shipper, carrier, driver, authority, insurance policy, or listing. Users must perform due diligence and follow FMCSA, DOT, state, local, contractual, insurance, and safety requirements.
5. Academy, health, and user responsibility
Academy, Digital Library, practice questions, videos, and study materials are educational resources only. RouteVora is not an accredited school, licensing authority, testing agency, or government body. Completion does not award a license, endorsement, certification, continuing-education credit, or guarantee exam or employment success.
Ambulance, ambulette, safety, wellness, and health-related content is general information, not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency direction. Users remain responsible for lawful and safe vehicle operation, inspections, maintenance, load securement, licensing, permits, hours-of-service compliance, insurance, taxes, contracts, and decisions.
